HRI-Victory Apartments has partnered with Rainbow Housing Assistance Corporation which is a nonprofit organization that provides services to our residents of HRI-Victory. Rainbow’s services focuses on the community and promote the self-sufficiency of the residents. Rainbow online workshops include: Job Search in the 21th Century, 10 ways to be tech savvy, Getting your Diploma: Guide to GED, Retirement Planning and much more.
